Brand New Orleans...??? (For Noodle and Bates)

In a fleeting moment of time the dreams of Saints fans were crushed. (Saints fans and those just emotionally connected to the spirit and heart of the city). As if the miracle of overcoming the damage of Hurricane Katrina wasn't enough, N.O. showed the hutzpah it takes to stare disaster in the face and say, "Hit me with your best shot!" Well it took the shot of Katrina. It took the shot of not having the funds to rebuild as fast as would be convenient to residents. Through all the frustration, and the seemingly insurmountable adversity facing them, the city somehow managed to get the Superdome in conditions suitable to bring some life and economy back to the city. And the Saints did not disappoint; scratching and clawing all the way into the NFC play-offs. Although the fantasy was short-lived, it has inspired the city. They play a 2nd line in victory, they play a 2nd line in defeat. The heart of N.O. is alive, they are the pulse of the nation. They portray what America was supposed to be all about: life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut they got their asses kicked. Regroup and come back harder next year. Oh and on behalf of family ties in the bayou...'F*CK DAAAAAAAAAA BEARS!' lol

Team-Ballin Annuals??!!??!!

Sooooo me and Randi were brainstorming again...what does an Annual Team Ballin trip sound like? Miami, or somewhere cheap, or we can go international for you real Ballers. Whats good?

Randi had an idea to do another bowling night. How's everyone looking for 1/18...
meeting around 8:30 or 9pm? Thats a thursday night. Its a bowling / nat & bridge
bday celebration. Lets make it happen.

I had to make a choice and make it quick, right? WRONG...Friends over skins was the easy pick for me. Especially when The Homie keeps sh*t drama free. I can lay in the bed and not have to hold The Homie. We laugh, we kick it, we break bread, we almost get loose-lipped in front of The Other Girl, lol. *whistle*

Free advice..."take care of home!" lol and laugh when you get asked to choose.

J mentioned that it is now January 5th and we, Team Ballin, have yet to celebrate the New Year together. I best see all yall on Sunday and/or Monday for Sunday dinner and I LOVE NEW YORK. Can't wait.
